I just finished my last-minute planning. I can't believe I've started with this so early in the year. Usually I have at least the first week planned! Argh! I'll blame it on not finding out the schedule until the day before I had to report to school. Yes, that's it.
I'm afraid my lesson plans won't last 90 minutes for my level 1 class tomorrow, which could equal hell. I mean, there's a TON I could teach on the first real day of class, but I really would rather they do stuff. I'm planning on doing some random groupings for different brainstorming activities and whatnot. Also, I know that the distribution of books will take a while too. The other classes I'm not too worried about. I'm pretty sure I planned more than 50-60 minutes of work.
I have to remember to pack my timer tonight.
First real week coming up!

It sounds very complicated. And it's hard to think of any quick time-consuming activities for 1st year. It's easy for a more advanced class. Buena suerte.
